The houseboat is idyllically located on the North Sea near Xanten in the middle of a green lake landscape. The North Sea and the South Sea are two interconnected lakes, and around the lakes you will find a wide variety of leisure activities for every taste. The houseboat is located together with other floating houses on its own jetty in front of the small town of Vynen. At the same time, the central location on the Lower Rhine offers very good accessibility with many interesting cultural and excursion destinations all around. The lake landscape in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine offers you pure relaxation and many leisure activities related to water sports: lido with sandy beach, water ski course, boat rental, sailing school, raft trips and much more.

The Lower Rhine offers you a wide and well-developed network of cycle paths. Wir sind spät angekommen und die Schlüssel waren genau dort, wo gesagt wurde, dass sie sein würden. Das Bett war bequem, was nach einem langen Erkundungstag für eine gute Nacht sorgte. Auch das Parken war unkompliziert, nur wenige Schritte vom Hausboot entfernt.

Es gab viel Platz für alle mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse. Wir hatten großen Spaß beim gemeinsamen Frühstück im Sonnenschein draußen, einfach wunderbar! Die Lage ist perfekt in der Nähe von Wassersportmöglichkeiten, alles, was wir brauchten, war leicht zu erreichen.
