HOW IS THE KEY DELIVERED?

The reception and handover of the keys take place on site from 4pm or earlier if your accommodation is already ready.


HOUSEHOLDING AND LAUNDRYING ARE INCLUDED

The end-of-stay cleaning does not include the kitchen (crockery, fridge, hotplates... put away and cleaned), rubbish bins to be thrown away, and the cleaning of ashes and glass from the fireplace.


ARE PETS ACCEPTED?

Yes, subject to 4 conditions
- Hair must be removed on departure (vacuum clean even if you have the housekeeping option)

- No access to sofas, beds, armchairs, etc.

- Pets may not be left alone in the chalet.

- Cats are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.



ACCOMMODATION RULES & CONDITIONS

- Non-smoking accommodation, silence between 10pm and 8am.

- Check-out no later than 10am.

- End-of-stay cleaning option: Kitchen (crockery, fridge, furniture...), dustbins and cleaning of windows and ashes from the fireplace are not included.

- A deposit is required for certain bookings via the Swikly online deposit service. This is secured 15 days prior to arrival (not debited) and is self-cancelling 20 days after departure.


GOOD TO KNOW

We do not provide shampoo, washing-up liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper or cleaning products. You will find what previous travellers have left behind.
