Description of the apartment

Our simple and cosy double room in the attic offers space for up to two people. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a washbasin in the room as well as a fridge and TV.

The access to the balcony allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the beautiful surroundings. The shower and WC are located on the floor.

Please note that we do not offer a breakfast service. However, you will find a bakery and cafés nearby that will provide you with regional specialities. We will also be happy to provide you with further information on the local food and drink on offer.

Description of the accommodation

Our mountain farm, the Klauslehen, is located in Germany's first mountaineering village in Ramsau, nestled between the impressive peaks of the Steinberg, Reiteralm, Hochkalter and Watzmann. These surroundings not only offer breathtaking views, but also undisturbed tranquillity and a natural idyll.
From here you can enjoy nature to the full – the Magic Forest is just a short walk away, and the Hintersee and Berchtesgaden National Park are also within easy reach. The Klausbach Valley, a starting point for numerous hikes, and the expansive alpine landscape can be reached in just five minutes by car. Regardless of whether you are looking for an extended hike, a mountain tour or simply a quiet break in nature - the surroundings invite you to do everything.
Despite the seclusion, the amenities of everyday life are right nearby: a bakery, supermarket and a selection of restaurants and cafés can be found in and around the village of Ramsau.
Happy cows live on our farm, creating an authentic country atmosphere. The rooms and flats at the Klauslehen are authentic, cosily furnished and offer the ideal space to relax after an eventful day.

The prices quoted are subject to a visitor's tax of 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children/young people from 7 to 16 years of age and 0.00 euros for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change). Pets on request (maximum 1 dog);

How to get here

Autobahn A8 München- Salzburg to exit Siegsdorf/Traunstein, continue on the B306 towards Berchtesgaden, üvia Inzell, Weißbach to Unterjettenberg, from there on the B305 üvia Gasthaus Wachterl and Gasthof Hindenburglinde to Ramsau centre. Turn right into the centre and follow the road through the valley towards Hintersee
