Enjoy a unique experience in this charming rural house with capacity for 5 people, perfect for families looking for comfort and nature. Located in the interior of the Guadalhorce Valley, this house offers spacious exteriors where you can relax and share unforgettable moments. 🌞



The property has a **private pool** with mountain views, a large porch with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area to prepare delicious lunches outdoors. All surrounded by a spectacular natural environment that invites you to disconnect. 🍖🍹




Its excellent location puts you just a few minutes from the motorway, facilitating access to both the Costa del Sol and the inland area. The last stretch to get to the house is a steep, unpaved, bumpy road; if you are travelling in a sports car, we do not recommend this property. 🚗⚠️



In the interior, you will find a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. This layout allows the family to live comfortably together, whether watching TV or enjoying meals together. 📺🍽️



The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed for two people and the other with three single beds, both with windows to the outside that provide natural light and views of the surroundings. It also has a full bathroom with shower. 🛏️🚿



This 85 m² property is designed so that you can enjoy the rural charm with all the modern comforts. The garden and fenced plot ensure privacy and security, while the 66 m² terrace is the perfect place to relax. There is also a fireplace, washing machine, iron, hairdryer and wifi internet access to keep you connected. In terms of services and surroundings, you will have outdoor parking in the same building and a television for your leisure time. The area is ideal for children and for those looking to enjoy nature and the tranquillity of the countryside. 🌳👨‍👩‍👧‍👦




The accommodation is close to many points of interest: supermarkets and restaurants 3 km away, train station 8 km away, golf courses less than 20 km away and sandy and rocky beaches between 24 and 37 km. In addition, there are water parks, nature parks and tourist attractions in a nearby radius to make your stay varied and fun. 🏖️⛳🎢




As with all our other CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES properties, towel and sheet sets are provided in all our accommodation. Cots and high chairs are available on request for babies from 0 to 2 years old. And all this, absolutely FREE. 🛏️👶
