De omgeving en het weer soms
Geen voldoende stoelen op terras en maar 1 2-persoons bank in woongedeelte.
Deur naar terras functioneerde niet naar behoren en de afzuigkap knoppen waren defect.
Alle voorzieningen waren zeer summier en alles wees erop dat het alleen maar ging om geld te verdienen en daardoor zo weinig mogelijk investeren in een leuk appartement waar je je welkom voelt.
Zeker voor het geld wat ze ervoor vragen.
