Located in the heart of the pedestrian village resort of MontChavin at an altitude of 1250m, in the middle of the Paradiski area, our 120m² apartment for 12 people, with its mountain style, will delight everyone.
The chalet is located in the heart of the village of MontChavin (a village awarded the Famille Plus label). The village is pedestrianised; however, you benefit from privileged access to a private garage on the ground floor of the chalet. Ideal for unloading belongings, keeping your car safe from the snow, and close by. All amenities are within a 200m walk: Town centre, shops, entertainment, daycare, ski school, cinema, water park (Paradiso), bar, restaurants, ski rentals. The chalet is located in the heart of the Paradiski area (425km of slopes), with slopes facing all directions and at an altitude of [altitude missing]. (1250m and 3080m altitude), the area includes Les Arcs, La Plagne and Montchavin-Les Coches. The chalet, ideally located, allows ski-in/ski-out access; the first ski lift is less than 100m away, giving you privileged access to the ski area with minimal effort. 120m² apartment on 2 levels (ground floor + 1 & ground floor + 2) located in a traditional chalet comprising 2 apartments.
