Newly renovated holiday home on the outskirts of town with a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor solar-heated shower, indoor fireplace, outdoor fireplace/grill, and a large, Mediterranean-style, dog-friendly garden.
The holiday home features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is a living room with a fireplace and a piano, as well as an open-concept kitchen. One bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. The windows in the bedrooms are fitted with fly screens.
There are two terraces with seating and a sun umbrella. The property features a carport with 2 parking spaces as well as a wallbox for charging electric vehicles.
A ping-pong table is available outdoors.
The house, garden, pool, hot tub, and sauna are available for exclusive use.
Access to the holiday home is via a paved road that is a dead end. Therefore, there is no through traffic.
The rear of the property is bordered by a densely vegetated single-track railway embankment, along which a small goods train passes once a day (on weekdays) at a slow speed.
The holiday home is located in a tourist-friendly area. The medieval town centre of Castillon du Gard is approximately 2.5 km away. There are several restaurants there. Within walking distance of the holiday home, there is a bakery and an opportunity for wine tasting.
The Pont du Gard can be reached in just a few minutes by car or bicycle. There are also beautiful hiking trails. The Gardon River is ideal for swimming and paddling. Wir verbrachten 10 wunderschöne Urlaubstage in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles hat perfekt geklappt. Die Wohnung sauber und alles für den Alltag vorhanden. Die Kinder genossen den Pool und wurden tischtennisverrückt.Das Ferienhaus ist weiter zu empfehlen und wir würden sofort wieder dieses Haus buchen.
