Located just a short walk from Seccagrande Beach and its beautiful boardwalk, Villa delle Fresie is the ideal choice for large families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday without sacrificing the opportunity to visit the many sites of significant historical and artistic interest that abound in this part of Sicily. The villa is spread over two levels: the ground floor features 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace and dining area overlooking the covered veranda, and a fully equipped built-in kitchen; An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, which features a small living room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, and a spacious balcony that wraps around the entire apartment, overlooking the beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants and the pool.
The pool, together with the well-tended garden, is the heart of the villa. Here you’ll find lounge chairs and a comfortable seating area in the shade of a large umbrella. However, if you prefer the sea, Seccagrande Beach—with its lovely promenade lined with bars and restaurants—is just a short walk from the villa. The villa also offers Wi-Fi internet access.

Lovely house with a great pool. Air Conditioning inside was a must as very hot when we were there. Beds were comfy. Great location for visiting south west area of Sicily.
