Can Parragó is a Cozy-Chalet in Can Picafort for 4 People, + 1 Baby. It is located in a quiet area, but only 5 minutes walk from the beach and the shopping area. Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist centers in Mallorca.. Its beaches, awarded the blue flag by the Fee (Foundation for Environmental Education), extend along almost 9 km of coastline, are of fine white sand and are equipped with all services.The leisure offer is wide, with numerous bars, restaurants, nightclubs, sports, etc. and with all the services: supermarkets, pharmacies, Municipal Pool... near the neighborhood, so you won't need to move.The property is ideal for families or couples, due to the comfort of its distribution and the convenience of the area.The newly renovated house has a living room, dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower and 2 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the other room with 2 single beds with a built-in wardrobe. .The house is heated by air conditioners and heat pump in all rooms.The outdoor area is equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor shower to cool off on hot days.
The cost of electricity consumption is Not included in the price of the stay. It will be paid at check-out according to consumption, which will be measured with a meter. It will be paid at €0.35 Kw/h. To give you more information, it is usually consumed between €10 per day approximately, but this can vary taking into account that it depends on consumption.
-*Payment Of The Balearic Tourist Tax 'ecotasa' (this Tax Is Not Included in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests who decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that the tourist tax will be charged upon arrival ( Ecotax) demanded by the Balearic Government, to all resident and foreign tourists who stay in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is intended for the preservation and care of the islands and to improve everything related to tourism.The fee for said tax in 'high season' is €2.20 per night, per adult (Young people over 16 years of age are counted as adults, therefore they pay an eco-tax.)In 'low season' the ecotax has a significant reduction: it is €0.55 per night per adult.In case of stays longer than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will be applied to the following days of stay.-High season (May 1-October 31) €2.20,from the 9th night: €1 per adult per night.-Low season (November 1-April 30) €0.55, from the 9th night: €0.275 per adult per night.The Ecotasa will be paid in Cash
