Ideally located along Boulevard Albert 1er, this magnificent apartment is situated in the most sought-after neighborhood of Le Havre. You can discover all the magic of the city of Le Havre (UNESCO World Heritage-listed architecture).


You will stay at the foot of the beach, 200 meters from the famous MuMa museum, 300 meters from the Town Hall, and close to food markets.


The apartment is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PMR). It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a quiet and secure building. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home.


Designed for 4 people, the apartment is arranged as follows

A fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.

A living room with a lounge/dining area that opens directly onto a balcony/terrace equipped with a splendid sea view. It also features a Smart TV, allowing you to log into your Netflix, Prime, etc.

A bedroom with a dressing room, equipped with a high-quality Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), leading to a beautiful terrace facing the courtyard.

A second bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a dressing room.

A large bathroom with a shower and WC.

This is the ideal place for professionals wishing to work remotely, as the apartment is equipped with ultra-high-speed fiber internet.


A private parking space is available within the residence.


Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


LET’S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No party events will be tolerated within the property. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the rental agreement and activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damages.


## Access


When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation. Parking is paid around the property from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city is available for all electric vehicles. Want to take a little walk to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! The tram and buses are also a great way to get around and explore the city. The closest underground parking to the property is La Plage and Les Halles (Volcan) - 6.90 euros for 12 hours, then 0.10€/15 min extra. 7-day package: 23 euros.


## Interaction


We will be happy to personally welcome you to our property. Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will help us organize the key handover in the best possible way. We wish you a wonderful stay with us!


## Neighborhood


The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the cruise port, the beach, the casino, and the main points of interest in Le Havre. For your shopping, food lovers will be satisfied, with Les Halles located less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment.


## Notes


Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Arrival: Check-in will be between 4 PM and 8 PM. Please feel free to inform us of your arrival time as early as possible to organize the key handover efficiently.


Departure: Between 8 AM and 11 AM.


We make every effort to provide you with a high-quality welcome. We kindly ask you to be as precise as possible about your arrival times and to inform your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will incur a 20-euro fee, payable via the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your security deposit.


If you arrive after 10:30 PM, it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, and your night will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please notify us as soon as possible in case of any unforeseen circumstances.


A valid ID may be requested upon entering the property. An inventory and photo check of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.


If additional guests, other than those indicated in your reservation, stay in the accommodation, a supplementary fee of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your security deposit.
