Grain farmers practicing sustainable agriculture, Sylvie and Rémy welcome you to their charming contemporary home, built as an exact replica of a traditional Bresse farmhouse (dismantled several kilometers away and rebuilt on-site, notably preserving its exceptional star-shaped roof structure). Nestled in a cul-de-sac at the edge of a small, rural residential hamlet, the property opens onto a vast plateau of fields and meadows, just a stone's throw from the typical village of Pourlans.
Pourlans boasts a vast national forest, a veritable "green lung" of 660 hectares dotted with ponds (perfect for hiking or mountain biking). Located in the heart of the Bresse countryside, bordering the Saône and Doubs rivers (a paradise for kayakers and anglers, renowned for its catfish, zander, and carp, and featuring natural beaches), the property is a remarkable protected ecosystem within a Natura 2000 zone (an exceptional bird sanctuary boasting 160 species).
