The spacious, eat-in kitchen is well-stocked for preparing meals with full-sized, modern appliances. Everything you need is provided, including pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and stovetop. A door leads directly to the pools, just steps away!
The villa's stylish and comfortable sleeping arrangements resemble a high-end hotel! There is a well-appointed, spacious bedroom with a queen bed. A sleeping loft contains a queen bed. The ambiance is soothing, immaculate, and elegant in both spaces - just what you want (and need) while on holiday after a long day of fun!
The bathroom is stunning! Built in Cycladic design, it is like a mini-spa retreat with sleek stone walls and modern features.
Step outside to the terrace and private pool with ocean views! Everything you need is there for a day of relaxing and dining poolside. Everything about Villa Ortus Ivory says beauty, elegance, relaxation, and enjoyment! But don't forget that the beaches are just a few minutes away!

The area:
★The village and area of Kalafits is quieter than the west coast of the island. It's less developed, although it's dotted with nice villas in typical Cycladic style and a few hotels. Markets, tavernas, and restaurants specializing in seafood are plentiful within minutes of the villa. Kalafatis is just 11 km. from the vibrant nightlife of Mykonos Town and the airport. The sparkling waters of Kalafatis Bay are about five minutes from Villa Ortus Navy. Kalafatis Bay is the largest on the island and the only beach to receive "Blue Flag" status in recent years. Kalafatis Beach has two areas: one is less organized without any services, while the other one offers sun loungers and umbrellas for rent. Kalo Livadi and Lia beaches are close by as well.
The ancient roots of Mykonos run deep and remain evident even today across the island! There is something for every visitor on this island, which is why it attracts a cosmopolitan crowd.★

We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.

The fee is:

€8 per night for apartments

€15 per night for villas

Please note:

This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
