A 5 mn à pied du centre ville de Ruoms, très belle Villa contemporaine de 135 m² entièrement climatisée comprend au rez-de-chaussée, une cuisine aménagée et équipée (four, plaques induction, réfrigérateur congélateur, micro ondes, cafetière filtre, lave vaisselle) ouverte sur un grand salon séjour lumineux avec Télévision, 1 chambre avec un lit 160 cm, une salle d'eau et un WC indépendant, buanderie avec lave linge et à l'étage, deux chambres une avec un lit 160 cm et une avec 1 lit en 160 et un lit en 90 cm, une salle d'eau avec WC.
Vous passerez de belles soirées sur la terrasse, au bord d'une piscine privée de 8 x 4 ouverte de juin à septembre (sécurisée par une couverture à barres)

Maison superbe avec une belle piscine. Elle est située idéalement : proximité du centre ville et des commerces. Et aussi pour visiter les environs. Belles prestations,maison totalement fonctionnelle

Mooi huis waar alles aanwezig was voor een fijne vakantie.
Rustig gelegen en toch kort bij het centrum en de winkels van Ruoms. De airco werkt goed en was zeer welkom bij het warme weer. Ook het zwembad was een grote troef. Mooie vakantie beleefd, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
