The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency is offering this charming house for rent in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, which was fully renovated and equipped in 2024. Located just 300 m from the beach, it has a surface area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 9 people. It has a bright 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 880 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: two single beds that can be joined together to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 5: single bed (90×200)
- Shower room with WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer.
Outside:
- A lovely 880 m² enclosed garden
- A 60 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, opposite Fort La Latte, in a quiet, leafy setting. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Activities :
- Water sports: sailing, diving, kayaking, paddle...
- Sea fishing
- Fishing on foot
- Tree climbing
- Historical visits: Fort La Latte, St Malo, Dinan (35' drive)
- Outstanding walks: GR34 at 300m, Cap Fréhel, Ile des Ebihens...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. Parking for 2 cars in the garden and outside parking for 1 car.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe, 30 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne, about 1h30 by car
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
