IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a recently built, air-conditioned villa located in the southern Ardèche region of Ruoms, just a 5-minute walk from Ruoms town center and less than a 14-minute drive from Vallon Pont d'Arc.
We invite you to discover this beautifully appointed villa that can accommodate eight people. You can enjoy a 5x2.5m swimming spa, a terrace with unobstructed views, and a fully enclosed garden of approximately 1,500 m². The ground floor comprises a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a master suite (queen-size bed) with a shower room and toilet, and a second suite (queen-size bed) with a shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find two suites: the first with two single beds opening onto a balcony and its own bathroom, and the second (two single beds) with access to the balcony, its own bathroom, and a separate toilet. TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a plancha grill are included. Let yourself be charmed by this villa's full amenities and its proximity to the tourist attractions of Southern Ardèche. END-OF-STAY CLEANING, BED LINEN, and TOWELS are not included, but are optional. Maison très fonctionnelle et grande. Chaque chambre a sa douche et chacun a son espace. La maison est parfaite pour 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Le Spa de nage est très agréable. La maison est au calme mais à proximité de tous les commerces. Elle est très centrale pour aller visiter la région (vallon pont d'arc, balazuc, grottes, rivière...). Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine entre amis

Maison de rêve...on ne peut pas dire le contraire.
Petit bémol: frais de nettoyage intime car a l arrivée ménage fait superficiellement..toile d araignée partout, cheveux dans meuble salle de bain...ménage fait comme j ai fais à mon départ.
Et le spa...j ai du acheter de quoi l entretenir tout les j...
