And the interiors are no slouch either! We just love the huge reception room, with its 2 large, convivial tables for sharing dinner! Next door, there's a cosy bar with an XXL sofa and a lounge atmosphere where you can enjoy your best Moscow Mules or just an excellent Whisky! And to celebrate? There's a large function room to welcome all your guests! And as usual, there's a pool table, table football, arcade machine and poker table!

For the night-time part, we've pulled out all the stops, offering you the very best our villas have to offer! The proof is in the So Sweet Dreams label and its beds specially developed for our homes and large groups! As well as being so comfortable, they offer real privacy thanks to their curtains, which allow you to isolate yourself from the rest of the group. Even better, each bed has an electric socket. So handy for recharging your phone without stealing your neighbour's plug! #Guilt

- Heated swimming pool (from April to October depending on the weather) NOT ACCESSIBLE from November to March inclusive

. Nordic bath heated to 30 degrees all year round

- Dancefloor and powerful sound system for an evening at 110 Db, just like in the nightclubs (just close the windows and doors so as not to disturb the neighbours)!

- Outdoor activities: Football, Beach Volleyball, Pétanque, Ping-Pong, Molkky

- Indoor activities: Billiards, Baby-Foot, Console, board games, arcade terminal

- Team BBQ or Team Raclette? No need to choose sides! Both are possible!



💅 So easy to get together

- A single bed per participant: no one will end up on the sofa!

- Numerous bathrooms: the shower war won't happen!

- Towels, bed linen, crockery, kitchen utensils... But also soap, shower gel and shampoo! Everything is provided!


🕺For you the evenings! We'll do the chores for you!

- Order a drive from the nearest supermarket and we'll go and get it for you and fill the fridge with the products you've chosen!*

- The big end-of-stay clean-up? We'll take care of it! The only thing we'll ask you to do is to dispose of your rubbish at the end of your stay in the appropriate containers that we'll show you.

- The price of the villa includes 16 people. For large groups of 16 to 45 people, a supplement of €25 per person per day will be added.

🔊 Aperitifs, dinners, parties... and noise pollution

As the first neighbours are 500m away, there are no restrictions on the volume of music when you are in the house as long as the doors and windows are properly closed! Outside, you can have lunch, a drink, dinner and enjoy the swimming pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 Db (the sound of a lawnmower) to avoid disturbing the neighbours.
