About this accommodation
The half of the house with a 90 m² apartment on two floors with internal staircase is 750 meters from the historic old town. There is an Aldi supermarket across the street and two bakeries within 300 meters. A cycle path along the Räuschenberg leads to the R1 towards Holzminden-Hameln, the route towards Beverungen can be reached through the old town.

There is access to the house both from the street side and from the terrace. There is seating with table and chairs on the terrace as well as in front of the tool shed. The driveway offers a parking space (two parking spaces if you park one behind the other). Two bicycles can be stored in the lockable tool shed, further bicycles would have to be carried into the cellar, which is also accessible from the outside via a staircase.

On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining and living room as well as a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms and another bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave and four-ring hob.

Oil and acrylic paintings of Höxter as well as expressively painted aerial views give the apartment an interesting flair and some of them can also be purchased if interested.

We ourselves live 400 meters away on the way to the old town, so we are within easy reach.
