The bathroom features both a bathtub and shower, along with a separate WC. On the garden level, you'll find two additional bedrooms: one with twin beds and another with a single bed and trundle.

There’s also a shower room and a separate WC. Well-equipped, the house includes a utility room with a washing machine, sink, and storage space for outdoor gear like bikes or surfboards.

The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and a flat-screen TV for cozy nights in.

Outside, enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. The house is just 12 minutes by bike from the large Océane beach and surf club, 6 minutes from the small beach and sailing club, and 15 minutes from the Gatseau beach and thalassotherapy center.

The village center, with its shops and market, is just a 5-minute walk away, and the port is only 2 minutes on foot. Bed linen and towels are available as an option and must be paid for on-site. The accommodation must be returned in the same level of cleanliness as upon your arrival. As a reminder, cleaning is not included in the price and must be done by you.
