Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.
- On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, one bedroom (160x200), shower room with toilet.
- Upstairs: a first bedroom (2 beds 80x200 twinned into a bed 160x200), a second bedroom (1 bed 140x190) opening onto a private shower room with bathtub, a separate toilet.
- Outside:
a terrace of 23 m², a private and enclosed garden of 40 m².
- Parking of your vehicles in the garage (1 space) or in the private courtyard (2 spaces). Close to the seaside, this cottage welcomes you in a comfortable and nicely furnished interior.
Its location will allow you to discover the Emerald and Penthièvre Coasts.
Thanks to its direct access to the D786, you will quickly reach the must-see sites of the region.
Starting with the seaside resort of Pléneuf-Val-André (4 km) and its many activities: casino, thalassotherapy, restaurants....
Don't forget to go for a stroll on the quays of the charming port of Dahouët.
And if you like walking on the fine sand, the resort offers 5 beaches.
But the closest to the cottage will be that of Port Morvan at 4.4 km. The neighboring seaside resorts: Erquy (13 km), Sables d'Or (17 km) are also worth a visit. Hikers will appreciate the proximity of the GR34 (4 km). Don't miss going to Cap d'Erquy (16 km) and Cap Fréhel (27 km). Finally, 400 m away, you will find the small commercial area of Saint-Alban with all the necessary shops to facilitate your stay.

Gîte proche de toutes les commodités qui permet de rayonner sur toute la région de l'est à l'ouest. Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans le gîte qui est confortable et très bien équipé pour 1 famille. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli.
