The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2009 and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in the town centre. Available for exclusive use: terrace and garden furniture. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming, no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are exempt from this. ++ PETS: Only small dogs up to 20 kg are allowed. Please specify the size of your dog when booking++.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with air conditioning, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and washing machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and bed linen included in the price. Towels NOT included in the price.
