This wonderful country house for 8 people is the perfect retreat to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable family holiday, combining nature with proximity to urban centres and excellent road connections to explore the province of Malaga. 🏞️🚗




Wonderful rural house for 8 people



Distributed over two floors, the house offers a large space of 280 m² with four bedrooms and capacity for up to eight guests. On the lower floor, you will find two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds - as well as a bathroom with shower. The upper floor has two more bedrooms (one with a double bed and a private terrace to enjoy the sun and the views, and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom with bathtub. 🛏️🛁



The living-dining room is cosy and functional, equipped with a sofa, armchairs, dining table and Smart TV for relaxing family moments. Although the fireplace is not enabled for use, the house has air conditioning with heat pump to maintain a comfortable temperature in any season. ❄️🔥📺



The independent kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking easy and convenient: ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, as well as utensils and crockery. 🍳☕🍴




Outside, the house dazzles with a large enclosed garden, a private swimming pool ideal for children to enjoy safely, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool for adults to relax while keeping an eye on the little ones. It also has two outdoor dining areas: one with a large table by the pool and another on the front porch with glass enclosures to protect from the wind or cold, allowing you to take advantage of the outdoor space all year round. 🌳🏊‍♂️🍖




The location is unbeatable, just 3 km from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande and local supermarkets and restaurants. It is also close to golf courses (Lauro Golf and Alhaurín Golf at 8 km), sandy and rocky beaches (La Cala de Mijas at 22 km, Playa de Cabopino at 29 km), and natural parks such as Refugio de Juanar. It is also situated less than 30 km from Malaga, Fuengirola and Marbella, and 25 km from Malaga airport, making it easily accessible for the whole family. ⛳🏖️✈️



The accommodation offers outdoor parking, WiFi internet access, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, heating, alarm and balcony. All designed to make your stay comfortable and safe.
