This wonderful rural house for 8 people is the perfect retreat for a peaceful and comfortable family vacation, combining nature with proximity to urban centers and excellent road connections for exploring the province of Malaga. 🏞️🚗 Wonderful rural house for 8 people Spread over two floors, the house offers a spacious 280 m² area with four bedrooms and capacity for up to eight guests.
On the lower floor, you will find two bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with two single beds—as well as a bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor features two more bedrooms (one with a double bed and a private terrace to enjoy the sun and views, and another with two single beds) and a bathroom with a bathtub. 🛏️🛁 The living-dining room is cozy and functional, equipped with a sofa, armchairs, a dining table, and a Smart TV for family relaxation moments.
Although the fireplace is not enabled for use, the house has air conditioning with a heat pump to maintain a pleasant temperature in any season. ❄️🔥📺 The independent kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking simple and convenient: ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer, as well as utensils and crockery. 🍳☕🍴 Outside, the house impresses with a large enclosed garden, a private pool ideal for children to enjoy safely, and a barbecue area with pool views so adults can relax while keeping an eye on the little ones.
Additionally, there are two outdoor dining areas: one with a large table by the pool and another on the front porch with glass enclosures to protect from wind or cold, allowing the outdoor space to be used year-round. 🌳🏊♂️🍖 The location is unbeatable, just 3 km from the center of Alhaurín el Grande and local supermarkets and restaurants.

Great space with plenty of room for the 7 of us inside and out by the pool. Great mountain views. The hosts communication was very good throughout. Only annoyance was the electricity continuously tripping out most nights. Would recommend getting a car to get around. Overall very satisfied.
