Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this family rural house located on the hillside of the Ermita de Cártama, designed for relaxation and fun in a unique natural environment. This property has a fully fenced private swimming pool, ideal for the safety of the little ones, where you can relax in the sun while contemplating the breathtaking views of the mountains and the Guadalhorce Valley. In addition, the outdoor space offers a barbecue area and a bench surrounded by trees to enjoy moments with family or friends, including petanque games for entertainment.



The interior of the house is cosy and functional, with a living room equipped with television and comfortable furniture for relaxation. The open plan kitchen, separated by a bar, is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and everything you need to prepare your meals in comfort. The integrated dining room is perfect for sharing breakfasts, lunches or dinners in a warm and familiar atmosphere.



The cottage has three bedrooms with capacity for 8 people: two bedrooms to the left of the entrance and one to the right, all with exterior window and space to store luggage. The beds are divided into a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed; the master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. In addition, there is an indoor bathroom with walk-in shower and an outdoor full bathroom with walk-in shower, facilitating comfort for large groups.



The access road to the house is mountainous and concreted, with some steep slopes if accessing from Cártama.



This 75 m² property is surrounded by nature and is located just 2 km from the centre of Cártama, with proximity to local restaurants and supermarkets (Aldi and Mercadona). It is also well connected: 5 km from the local train station and 30 km from the AVE María Zambrano station in Málaga. For those looking for leisure, the golf course Lauro Golf is 11 km away and the beaches of Malaga are 25 km away. The area is ideal for children and offers a quiet rural environment.



Among its amenities include: garden with furniture, fenced plot, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, fireplace, iron, wifi, hairdryer, children's area, heating with heat pump, air conditioning in the living room and several bedrooms, private pool and outdoor parking.
