Located in the Résidence Les Terrasses de Fort Boyard, this 62 m² apartment with sea views, on the 1st floor, accommodates up to 5 people.
It comprises a living room, three bedrooms (two with double beds 140x190 cm and one with single beds), a shower room, and a toilet.
The kitchen and numerous amenities (Wi-Fi, washing machine, flat-screen TV, etc.) ensure a comfortable stay.
You will enjoy a southwest-facing terrace with furniture and sun loungers, a secure communal swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-September), as well as a garage and private parking.
Pets are welcome. Ideally located: opposite the South Beach, 200 m from the pedestrian street and its shops.
Bus stops E and J are right in front of the apartment, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive. PAYABLE upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. Pets: €30/pet + a €100 security deposit. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: - Linens: sheets €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week, set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of two bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week. - Cleaning: €100. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest. Fouras and its five fine sandy beaches, its forts, Fort Boyard and oyster farming... The islands: Aix, Madame, Oléron and Ré. Fouras and a little further, Palmyre and its zoo, Saintes, the Marais Poitevin... You will be totally seduced.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Accès à la mer , belles promenades et commerces à proximité .La propreté était irréprochable
Tout était parfait . De l’équipement des ustensiles de la cuisine , de la propreté de toutes les pièces , des literies etc.
Je recommande vivement cet appartement et j’y retournerai sans hésiter si je dois repartir à Fouras . Merci à vous .

Nous n'avons pas pu accéder à notre premier choix de mobile home suite à un problème de chaudière. Nous avons eu une autre solution d'hébergement qui n'était pas des meilleurs.. Malgré une arrivée tardive, nous avons du attendre car le ménage n'était pas fini. Il restait de la poussière, et la serpi...
