Nice location with beautiful garden and trees, big swimming pool (shared with the owners)Close to the sea and perfect for visiting the Etruscan cities.From the owners we got good restaurant recommendationsFor the price we expected to have bed sheets and bath towels replaced after one week (we stayed 2 weeks) and sun bed with coatings as well as swimming towels.
