The beautiful, brand new Seestadl holiday flat is located in Gießenbach, a small village near Scharnitz, Austria, just 10 minutes from the German border.

Thanks to its proximity not only to popular excursion destinations such as Mittenwald, Seefeld or Innsbruck, but also right on the edge of the forest or in winter on the cross-country ski trail, this comfortable family flat offers many opportunities for leisure activities. Great hikes in winter and summer, encounters with animals and sometimes wildlife, a cycle path for sports and e-bikes and, of course, the cross-country ski trail in the winter months, which passes right in front of the house, are just some of the activities you can plan here with your family or friends.

Your own cloakroom is located to the right of the entrance on the ground floor, where you have plenty of space for coats, sportswear, ski boots, etc.

From here, a staircase leads to the huge eat-in kitchen with a spacious dining table and, of course, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Next is the spacious living room with sofa, armchair and, of course, an oversized flat-screen TV.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, which can easily be pushed together to suit your needs. The bedroom with the double bed even has its own small flat-screen TV.

The beautiful, bright bathroom impresses with an oversized, floor-level shower and the highlight, a brand new Nordic sauna with a view directly onto the cross-country ski trail or the edge of the forest.

Of course, there is also a guest WC available. The holiday flat offers a great view of the mountains, is a bit secluded from the village of Giessenbach and offers wonderful, quiet and relaxing holidays.

A car is almost indispensable for this holiday flat, although there is a train station in the nearby village (Gießenbach train station), but it is much easier and more flexible with your own vehicle. Your e-bikes are of course also very welcome, a parking space is available directly at the house.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this brand new flat. However, with a bit of luck, deer or stags may venture into your line of sight in the evening or at night.
