In the heart of the charming village of Coly-Saint-Amand, we have found for you this ensemble comprising an old house and a renovated barn, fully furnished to accommodate up to 8 people.
Each house has 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room.
A pleasant swimming pool, secured by a rolling shutter, will enhance your stay. This unique property allows you to rent both houses.
The older one is entirely on one level.
You'll find a large living area with its equipped kitchen, including a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
These appliances will allow you to prepare delicious meals.
For your breakfasts, a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster are at your disposal to start the day right.
You can enjoy your meals around a large convivial table, then relax on the sofa in the TV lounge, facing the fireplace.
In the sleeping area, you'll find two bedrooms, each with its private bathroom including a bathtub and a Queen-size bed (160 x 200). A separate toilet completes this unit. In the other house, the renovated barn, the ground floor comprises the living area with a new kitchen equipped with the same appliances (except for cooking, electric hob), a dining area, and a TV lounge.
Upstairs, you will find one bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200), one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), a shower room with a shower, and a separate toilet.
A laundry room with a washing machine is also available. Between the two houses, you will find a courtyard.
On the other side of the old house, you access the garden with the swimming pool and the terrace, with no overlooking neighbors.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture for outdoor dining.
A plancha and a barbecue are provided for your outdoor meals.
