There is a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge-freezer, a gas hob, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. All this equipment will enable you to prepare delicious meals. For your breakfasts, a coffee maker, kettle and toaster are at your disposal to get the day off to a good start. You can enjoy your meals around a large convivial table, then relax on the sofa in the TV lounge, facing the fireplace. On the night side, there are two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom including a bath and a queen-size bed (160 x 200). A separate toilet completes this property.


In the other house, the renovated barn, the ground floor comprises the living area with a new kitchen fitted with the same appliances (except cooking, electric hob), a dining area and a TV lounge. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 190), a shower room and a separate WC. A laundry room with washing machine is also available.


Between the two houses, you will find a courtyard. On the other side of the old house, you have access to the garden with the swimming pool and the terrace, which is not overlooked. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture for al fresco dining. A griddle and barbecue are available for outdoor meals. The swimming pool, measuring 8 x 4 m and 1.6 m deep, is salt water and secured by a manual roller shutter. It is available from late June to mid-September. There are parasols, garden chairs and sun loungers around the pool so that you can make the most of your holiday.


Reversible air conditioning is installed in the "old house", and fans are available in the "barn".
