Die Lage mitten im Zentrum; die Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung/ Küche; die beiden Bäder, direkt vom Schlafzimmer begehbar; die schöne große Terrasse mit Markise; der zugehörige, nahe gelegene Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage
Die steile schmale Treppe als Zugang zur Wohnung (für meine Mama mit 85 Jahren nicht so einfach)
Es hat sich wirklich sehr gelohnt

Es war eine wunderschöne Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, sehr gute Lage, man ist schnell am Strand

Die Lage und die Austattung, Betten sehr gut.
Es wurde nicht gut staub gewischt,
defekte Kaffeemaschine aber konnte man trotzdem nutzen,
tiefe Teller hätten wir schön gefunden.
Treppe zur Wohnung für ältere Menschen nicht gut geeignet
