In via della Principessa n.45, in front of the Paradisino establishment, two-room apartment located on the raised ground floor, consisting of a kitchenette with living room where we find two single beds, double bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom with window and shower and terrace. EXCELLENT LOCATION given the extreme proximity to the sea, the historic center and the train station, reachable on foot in a few minutes. Crossing the road, you can access the free beach and a bathing establishment equipped with pine forest and children's area. All the main services can be reached on foot or by bicycle (supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacies, cinema and theater etc.). Between 15 and 25 minutes by car you can visit the main tourist sites in the area: Archaeological Park of Baratti and Populonia (also reachable by cycle path), Venturina Terme, Castagneto Carducci, Porto di Piombino, Suvereto, Bolgheri and Terme di Sassetta. We manage 2 other properties in the same building so there is the option of being able to bring together 3 families who want to spend their holidays together.
