A dream house for up to 6 people, perfect for a family stay. If from the street it looks sober and with an impeccably lined garden, its interior and outdoor area are both lush and elegant. The villa offers what its name promises, as around the pool there are terraces on various levels to suit all tastes: next to the barbecue (of extraordinary dimensions) an outdoor dining area, next to the pool another table with chairs, on a higher level another set to sit and eat, and in a charming corner further away from the garden a deck with sofa and armchairs, to enjoy the coolness.

The large living room is located in a round "tower" which gives it an elegant and distinguished atmosphere, very original in its shape and with its high ceiling. It has air conditioning and a dining area. The whole interior is stylish, elegant and even artful. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and spacious. The house has two indoor bathrooms (shower and bathtub) and a bathroom (with shower) which is accessed from the garden.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with direct access to the terraces, which is very practical. Apart from the 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and one with twin beds) there is a fourth room which can be used to provide space for children or as an office.

Villa "Las Terrazas" is located in the quiet cove and beach of Canutells, in the south of Menorca, a place where the Menorcans traditionally spend their summer holidays, where that special structure has formed that characterises the small urbanisations of Menorca, where the children run free, the neighbours have known each other all their lives, the few bars and restaurants have this special and authentic air. The beach is about 6 minutes walk from the house.

About 5 minutes by car is the village of Sant Climent and the capital of Menorca, Maó, less than 10 kilometres away, so it is easy and convenient to enjoy its wide gastronomic, commercial and, above all, cultural offer. The port with its great diversity of bars, restaurants, exclusive shops and its nautical life, the centre with its art galleries, street markets, the Teatro Principal etc. You are sure to visit it more than once.
