Happy Place consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric range oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and Smart TV, with seating for eight people, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, a snug, a utility with washing machine, and an external games room. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size and twin, a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite, and a twin, along with a bathroom and ground-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear garden with patio, lawn, and furniture, and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub, and within 0.7 miles, a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent.
