From January 2025, guests at the Bachgut Resort will have access to a bathhouse with infinity pool, children's pool and relaxation room.

The Bachalm 1802 was built in 1802 and originally served as an alpine hut for grazing cattle. The location of the hut in the centre of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area is indescribably beautiful. Initially, cows, sheep and goats spent the summer months in the hut. Until 1982, the alpine hut, high above Saalbach-Hinterglemm, was run by farmers. The milk was processed into cheese, the young bulls were fattened and the lush meadows were mowed. In autumn, the cattle returned to the valley.
In 2003, the Bachalmweg was built, via which the hut can be reached. A year later, the Bachalm was converted into a habitable hut. Today, the Bachalm 1802 is equipped with every conceivable comfort. The conversion was carried out by a local carpentry firm from Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Great emphasis was placed on traditional craftsmanship.
The Bachalm 1802 can comfortably accommodate ten people. Thanks to its location directly on the piste of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area, skiing fun starts right from the doorstep of the hut. In winter, guests arrive by cable car. Luggage transport is organised by the chalet owner. In summer, the chalet can only be reached by four-wheel drive car. For vehicles without four-wheel drive, the chalet owner offers a free shuttle service from the Bachgut to the alpine huts.
The nearest village is Hinterglemm and is approx. 3 kilometres away. In Hinterglemm there are all kinds of shopping facilities. The nearest restaurant is only 500 metres away. Pets are very welcome at the Bachalm 1802.
