Exceptional apartment of approximately 50 m2, located on the ground floor of a residential complex along the coast of the Gulf of Poets! The accommodation offers sea view, private garden, 2 bedrooms and outdoor dining area! The apartment is located in Fiascherino, a small town immersed in the nature of the Mediterranean scrub and bathed by a crystal clear sea, halfway between the town of Lerici and the charming village of Tellaro! The space The 50m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building, we point out that there are approximately 50 steps to reach the accomodation.
The internal space is composed as follows: KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka toaster and kitchen utensils LIVING AREA equipped with a sofa and dining area BEDROOM 1 with double bed and wardrobe BEDROOM 2 equipped with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer PRIVATE GARDEN with outdoor dining area Further services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning (2 split - in the bedrooms), independent heating with boiler, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the Tourist Tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
