Die zentrale Lage.
Man sollte vielleicht nicht verpassen was an der Küche (keine unmittelbare Ablage für Geschirr) oder dem Bett zu machen (Kissen , Matratze)
Im Bad schimmeln leider die Fugen (Dusche).
Auf der Riesen großen wunderschönen Terrasse könnte man sich sehr gut Tisch Stühle liege und Pflanzen vorstellen.

die lage war gut, alles gut zu fuß zu erreichen. haben im vorgeschlagenen Parkhaus geparkt. war alles da was man braucht
schimmlige fugen, rostige heizung, spinnen mit spinnweben an der decke, ein schmutziger besen, aschenbecher auf dem balkon vom Vorgänger noch voll,flecken auf der Bettwäsche,

Ein Rollo war total verstaubt, das andere hat gefehlt. Die Fensterbänke außen waren von Tauben und Möwen total verschmutzt. Der Deckenventilator ging nicht, es war nicht gemütlich, ein Bild o.ä. hat gefehlt. Schade!
