Stay in this 33m² semi-detached house located 200m from "La Grande Plage", 500m from the town of La Bernerie and 850m from the large "Plan d'eau de Mer". It has two double bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people (one 140cm bed, then two 80cm beds that can be made into a 160cm double, and an umbrella bed available)


Through a private, secure path you can access the accommodation and its 20m² tiled terrace, which is not overlooked, with a table, outdoor chairs, two deckchairs, a parasol, a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.

To make you feel at home, the kitchen opens onto the TV lounge-dining room and is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus squeezer and all the kitchen essentials. A shower room and separate toilet complete the accommodation. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, washing machine, booster seat and ironing board and iron are also provided.
