Within 400 meters of the house, there are two playgrounds, one with a small soccer and basketball field, as well as the cycle path that runs through the entire Val Gardena – a paradise for children! The house offers various amenities such as a parking space in an underground garage (suitable for a medium-sized car), a washing machine in the apartment, Wi-Fi, ski storage, linens, and towels provided free of charge. A crib, high chair, and bed rail are available for a fee and can be booked in advance. Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only by prior arrangement by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presentation of required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras by credit card upon check-in. Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C). Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted unless otherwise indicated in the listing.
