You'll be surrounded by breathtaking scenery and stunning views of the surrounding mountain passes. The owners have implemented eco-friendly practices and biodiversity initiatives to make your stay even more enjoyable. From the gîte, you'll be just a few kilometers from the fortified town of Mont-Louis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of its Vauban fortifications, and the Little Yellow Train station: plenty of beautiful sites to discover! Not to mention the Cambre d'Aze-Eyne ski resort. In the village, this ground-floor holiday rental is a large, south-facing house.
The owner, a passionate hiker and mountain guide, lives upstairs.
This ground-floor accommodation comprises: Living room with fully equipped kitchen: 3 gas hobs, filter coffee maker and Senseo machine, raclette grill, fondue set, crepe maker and hot stone grill.
Sofa bed (140x190 cm): provides 2 additional sleeping spaces. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190 cm). Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (90x190 cm). Shower room.
Separate WC. The cottage opens onto a fully enclosed garden.
The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Parking is available within the property.
Shops and amenities are nearby, in the village center.
In winter, snowshoes and children's sleds are available free of charge upon request.
The cottage is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted outside.

Gîte très bien agencé avec tout le confort et surtout très propre.Accueil chaleureux le propriétaire est très accueillant et donne de très bon conseils.Je recommande a tous les amoureux de randonnée.Le seul regret est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps

Très bon accueil, propriétaire à l'écoute, gite très agréable.Documentation abondante tant sur les possibilités de randonnée que sur les lieux environnants (commerces, restaurants, visites ...)Et, pour ne rien gâcher, des excellentes confitures !
