Stay in La Cabanasse, a village where nature and mountains blend perfectly.
Located in the Catalan Pyrenees Regional Natural Park, it's the ideal spot for hiking.
You'll be surrounded by breathtaking scenery and stunning views of the surrounding mountain passes. From the gîte, you'll be just a few kilometers from the fortified town of Mont-Louis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of its Vauban fortifications, and the Little Yellow Train station: plenty of beautiful sites to discover! Not to mention the Cambre d'Aze-Eyne ski resort. In the village, this ground-floor holiday rental is a large, south-facing house.
The owner, a passionate hiker and mountain guide, lives upstairs.
This ground-floor accommodation comprises: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed (140x190cm) that can accommodate two additional guests, bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190cm), bedroom 2 with two bunk beds (90x190cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. The cottage opens onto a fully enclosed garden.
The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Parking is available within the property.
Shops and amenities are nearby, in the village center.
In winter, snowshoes and children's sleds are available to borrow free of charge upon request.
The cottage is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted outside.

Très bon séjour à la cabanasse.le gite est idéalement placé pour randonner aux alentours.le propriétaire est très sympathique et met à disposition une documentation fournie sur les randos à faire à pied ou à vélo (parcours, cartes IGN,...).le gite est situé à proximité des commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie) et est conforme à la description.Je recommande vivement.
