Access to the estate's shared heated swimming pool: dimensions = 6 x 12 m; depth of 1.4 to 2 m, secured by a barrier and a roller shutter. Open from May to the end of October from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Shared sauna. The Estate is located 1 km from the city center of Elne (secure and enclosed parking on site).
