- Mezzanine opening onto the living room: 1 single bed (90x190cm)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190cm)

- Private, unenclosed terrace
Access to the owners' private heated swimming pool: 6 x 12 m; depth of 1.4 to 2 m, secured by a barrier and a roller shutter. Open from May to the end of October from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Shared sauna. Private parking on the property. The site is 1 km from the city center of Elne.
