Mas Couloumine comprises four adjoining gîtes, each with a separate entrance and private terrace: Ground floor: - Living room - Kitchenette - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed - Bathroom (walk-in shower) - Separate toilet First floor: - Mezzanine opening onto the living room: 1 single bed (90x190) - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x190) - Separate toilet - Private terrace with barbecue area.
Access to the estate's shared heated swimming pool: dimensions = 6 x 12 m; depth of 1.4 to 2 m, secured by a barrier and a roller shutter.
Pool: 2 x 3.50 meters; depth: 0.40.
Open from May to the end of October from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Shared sauna.
The Estate is located 1 km from the city center of Elne (secure and enclosed parking on site).
