Ca Na Ferrera is a charming flat for 4 guests in Can Picafort, just a few metres from the sandy beach. It offers a perfect location for a holiday by the sea. The flat is ideally located close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the lively promenade with ice cream parlours and playgrounds, making it a family-friendly destination. The beach of Can Picafort, known for its gentle waters, is perfect for families with children, and guests can easily walk to nearby beaches such as Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcudia.

The flat has a cosy terrace, perfect for dining under the stars or sunbathing on one of the two sun loungers. Inside, the open-plan living and dining room is equipped with a TV, air conditioning and plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, fridge-freezer, Italian coffee machine and dishwasher and has everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. There are two bedrooms with windows to the outside: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, providing a quiet retreat after a day of exploring. The flat also has two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, ensuring comfort for all guests.

Other flat amenities include a washing machine, ironing facilities and electric radiators for winter, making it suitable for year-round stays. Please note that a deposit is required and Ecotasa tourist tax will be charged prior to arrival via a secure payment link.
