Accommodation description

Outside you will find a lovely veranda with sofa, sun loungers and deckchairs - ideal for relaxing with a drink at sunset before exploring the area. A second furnished veranda is perfect for al fresco dining after you've barbecued on the barbecue provided. The children can play wonderfully on the small lawn while you watch them. The property is fenced and has neighbours nearby.

Entering from the first veranda, you will discover a cosy living-dining room with air conditioning, perfect for watching satellite TV or sharing a meal. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The house has four bedrooms, all equipped with fans and radiators. Two bedrooms have double beds (one with wardrobe), another has two single beds and the fourth has a bunk bed (80 x 185). A cot and high chair are available on request. There are two bathrooms with showers, one of which is outside.

The house is conveniently located with easy access to all major services, including bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The sandy beach is only 100 metres away and is ideal for families due to its gradual depth. In summer, a bus runs every 15 minutes, so you can easily visit Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença.

Tourist licence: ETV/6423. A mandatory tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid in cash on arrival. This varies depending on the season.
