Location & surroundings
Enjoy vibrant beach bars and restaurants, with the town center's shops, supermarkets, and dining just 10 minutes away.
Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance.
The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle.
For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI.
Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?
We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix.
Maybe you want to get your race-license?
Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting city trip with a relaxing getaway next to the beach.
Zandvoort is also something called "Amsterdam beach", because it's so close to Amsterdam.
You can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting city trip with a relaxing getaway next to the beach.
The Zandvoort aan Zee Railway Station is a 15-minute walk from the property. Trains to Haarlem (15 min) and Amsterdam (30 min) go regularly from early morning until around midnight.
