Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Lamballe-Armor, this charming flat with wifi, of a surface of 90 m² and which can welcome up to 6 travellers. It comprises an attractive living room with sitting area and fully-equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with shower room. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Please note: L'Etochet is part of a complex of several buildings called Le Manoir de la Ville Méen. This means that there are six accommodations on the same property that can be rented individually or in groups: Jospinet, La Perrière, Le Lourtuais, Le Portuais and La Chapelle.
It is also possible to rent from the owners the reception room, the room is only rentable with a minimum rental of 5 accommodations.

The house is ideally located in Lamballe-Armor, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are close by.
Transportation :
If you come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park shared by all tenants (15 vehicles).
