Comfortable studio apartment perfect for accommodating up to 2 adults, located in the heart of the historic pedestrian centre: 280 meters from the San Lorenzo cathedral; 350 meters from Palazzo Ducale; 500 meters from the Aquarium and from the boat departures for Portofino, Camogli, San Fruttuoso, Cinque Terre; 600 meters from the museum center on Via Garibaldi.
All the services to make your stay comfortable are within walking distance! This 37 sq m studio apartment is located on the second floor of a charming historic building (NOT equipped with an elevator): please note that access requires climbing stairs.
The interior space is composed as follows: - KITCHENETTE with electric stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, moka pot, and kitchen utensils; - SLEEPING AREA with a double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with toilet, sink, and shower.
Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited WiFi, TV, independent heating with heat pump, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and drying rack.
Towels and bed linen are included (with optional changes for a fee). OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - NO AIR CONDITIONING - The apartment has three exterior views of Piazza Grillo Cattaneo; there may be noise from the evening nightlife. - The windows are very low (with bars) because it was a former noble floor dating back to the 19th century.
