The apartment is located in Staberdorf, ideally situated between the beautiful island beaches. You enter the apartment through the large, open hallway with a wardrobe, which leads to the dining area and the open-plan kitchen.

Here you can cook in a high-quality Nolte kitchen with an induction hob and dine at the oak table.

From the kitchen, you have direct access to the beautiful sun terrace with a beach chair, parasol, and garden furniture.

Adjacent to the cooking and dining area is the cozy living area with a high-quality Bali sofa bed and Smart TV.

The bedroom is equipped with a 180x200 cm upholstered bed and has an electrically opening window (can be blacked out with an electric roller shutter), from which you can look up at the sky.

In the bathroom, you can enjoy the luxury rain shower and, of course, a heated towel rail.

The entire apartment has underfloor heating.

A special feature is the impressive ceiling height, which creates a great sense of space.

Our house has been sustainably and thoroughly renovated, and features a photovoltaic and a solar thermal system that optimally utilize the island sun.

A private parking space is available for you in the yard, and further parking is available on the street.

A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge outside the house in our shared laundry room for guests. The surrounding area Staberdorf is a small, agriculturally characterized village in the southeast of the island.

Our house is located on the main street of the village, which leads to the steep coast of Staberhuk.

There is a beautiful natural swimming beach here, which you can reach by bike or on foot (approx. 2 km), also via a small secret path between the fields.

You will find a fine sandy beach with a DLRG lifeguard station and a great fish roll and ice cream stand in Meeschendorf, about 2 kilometers from the house.

The popular south beach of the island with its promenade, playgrounds, and tourist attractions is about 4.5 km away, which can be easily reached by bike along the coast.

The island's main town, Burg, with numerous supermarkets and a historic old town, is about 6 km away.

A small tip: Twice a week, even in the low season, the mobile baker stops directly next to our house.

Here you can get wonderful cakes, great rolls, and excellent bread.
