Comfortable 40 sqm apartment perfect for 4 guests is located in the heart of the most authentic Genoese historic center, a few steps from Piazza delle Vigne and the church of the same name with the beautiful bell tower that stands out over the roofs of the area.
From here it is possible to reach in a few minutes all the main points of interest of the old city, the shops and historic taverns, the expo with the aquarium, as well as the theaters, cinemas and shopping streets. *LONG STAY ALLOWED* The apartment of about 40 square meters is located on the fourth floor of a historical building with a lift (PLEASE NOTE the lift starts from the first floor, to reach it there are 3 flights of stairs) and is composed as follows: KITCHEN CORNER equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, manual juicer, combined microwave oven, moka; LIVING AREA equipped with a queen sofa bed and TV; BEDROOM equipped with two single beds (one is extractable, can be united for a queen bed) BATHROOM: equipped with toilet, bidet and shower.
Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning (2 split), independent heating with a heat pump, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode.
We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.
At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Migliorerei il servizio ritiro spazzatura perche nn e stato facile.....e aggiungerei qualcosa come buste spazzatura che mancavano e qualche detersivo giusto solo per il soggiorno almeno per la pulizia del bagno e pavimento

Air conditioning, the space was great and the location was amazing. I’d recommend this place for a short stay.
the elevator wasn’t working when we got there, so we had to climb 7 floors with our luggage. The day after we realized the elevator did work but only on the way down (it didn’t go up if we were inside, we even tried one at a time to see if it was the weight). The house was pretty hot, but the ac really helped.

Ca sa ajungi treci pe stradute inguste si ciudate,( asa e orasul ) desi nu sunt probleme tot ai o indoiala cand le parcurgi.
