The cozy living room has a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV (Swisscom TV). There is also an open kitchen with a large dining table. From the living room, you can access the balcony with fantastic views of Piz Corvatsch and Piz Margna. The master bedroom has a double bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a children's room with two bunk beds. Additionally, there is a ski room, a bike storage area, and a communal laundry room. A garage parking space can be rented for an additional fee. There are no guest parking spaces.
The apartment has been freshly renovated and lovingly furnished. The building also has a swimming pool and a sauna.
The apartment is located in a quiet area in Champfèr. Hiking trails, winter walking paths, mountain bike trails, and the cross-country ski track are practically right outside the door. The bus stop is also next to the building.
