Casa Lita is a 2-bedroom apartment with wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea, in a beautifully manicured beachside complex on the New Golden Mile!
The apartment offers the best of both worlds.
It has the perfect location with direct beach and boardwalk access, yet it is also just 5 minutes away from all the facilities and amenities in the area.
This makes it the perfect choice for your holiday home. The living/dining area leads to the veranda with seating for 2 where you can enjoy the serene views over the communal gardens, swimming pool, and the sea. There is an indoor dining table that sits 4 and in the living area, a Smart TV. The fully equipped corner kitchen sits by the entrance and has a hatch opening to the dining area.
There is a utility area with a washing machine. The Master Bedroom has a big double bed (180cm), a small balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom has a 160cm double bed. There is a second bathroom with a shower/bathtub. There is a sofa-bed in the Living Room, suitable for children up to the age of 12. There is secure parking in the entry areas of the urbanization and the home has aircon and Wi-Fi throughout. Costalita is a gated complex with beautifully landscaped gardens, direct beach access and a magnificent large swimming pool.
The complex is perfectly located and all amenities including restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets are a stone’s throw away.
