Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.
On the ground floor:
Kitchen with lounge area (28 m²), separate toilet.

Upstairs:
1 bedroom (11m²): 1 double bed 160x200, 1 mezzanine bedroom of 7m² (1 single bed, 1 baby bed), bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Outside:
Veranda of 15 m², terrace of 25 m², courtyard, lawn, games set and barbecue shared by all the lodgings. Entrance hall on the gable.

Wellness area with free sauna. Massage on request at an additional cost. The Estate offers you a large swimming pool 12M x 4, covered and heated between 27 and 29 degrees.
Opening hours are from 9am to 8pm from early April to early November, from 10am to 7pm from early November to early April.
The swimming pool is closed from 3/11 to 5/11, from 17/11 to 19/11, from 24/11 to 21/12 2024 and from 05/01 to 07/02, from 09/03 to 11/03, from 16/03 to 18/03 and from 23/03 to 25/03 2025. Semi-detached house with the owners' house on an estate which offers 11 gîtes and 5 guest rooms, located in the outbuildings of an old Breton farm. Located in Yffiniac, near Saint-Brieuc, this residence invites you to settle down in a green and warm environment, just 5 km from the coast, 20 minutes from the beaches of Binic and Val André, as well as 35 minutes from Cap d'Erquy and Dinan.
