Your vacation rental is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor:
Kitchen with living room area (28 m²), separate toilet.

Upstairs:
1 bedroom (11 m²): 1 double bed (160x200 cm), 1 mezzanine bedroom (7 m²) (1 single bed, 1 baby bed), bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Outside:
15 m² veranda, 25 m² terrace, courtyard, lawn, games room, and barbecue shared by all the cottages. Entrance hall on the gable end.

Wellness area with free sauna. Massages available upon request at an additional cost. The estate offers a large 12m x 4m swimming pool, covered and heated to 27-29°C. Opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from early April to early November, and from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from early November to early April.

The pool is open daily during the high season. During the low season, the pool will be closed: from November 23 to December 20, 2025 and from January 4 to February 13, 2026. Semi-detached house with the owners' house on an estate which offers 11 gîtes and 5 guest rooms, located in the outbuildings of an old Breton farm. Located in Yffiniac, near Saint-Brieuc, this residence invites you to settle down in a green and warm environment, just 5 km from the coast, 20 minutes from the beaches of Binic and Val André, as well as 35 minutes from Cap d'Erquy and Dinan. Take full advantage of the estate's park of more than 8,000 m² and its many activities: bowling games, children's play areas, visiting the farmyard chickens, electric bike rental, barbecue areas or simply relaxing on a deckchair!
